Low Poly Sharp Blades
1. Chipped Wedge (Axe) Blade
(a) Create a Box,
(b) Weld Verts or Collapse Edge,
(c) using the line tool, create a shape similar to the blue on in the image,
(d) Subtract the shape from the original wedge for chips and nicks.
2. Curved Axe and Sword
(a) Using the line tool, draw the shape or silhouette of the weapon, and convert it to a polygon plane.
(b) Extrude the plane, and inset the extruded face.
(c) Collapse the edges or weld the verts along the outside of the mesh for a basic blade shape.
